Regina von Flemming
von Flemming is a postgraduate of the German Development Institute, studied at
Sciences Po in Paris, and graduated from FU Berlin with a degree in political
science. She has also worked as a research assistant at INSEAD in
Regina von Flemming has 25 years’ experience in business development, strategic planning, organisational development, and digital transformation. She occupies leadership positions in the executive bodies and supervisory boards of holdings and public companies (listed on the New York, London and Moscow stock exchanges), as well as of non-commercial and trade organisations in Russia and abroad.
Ms Flemming is currently a member of the board of directors and chair of the ESG and Remuneration Committees, and she is also a member of the MTS Audit Committee.
Since February 2020, she has been an independent director at Sovkombank and serves as chair of the Audit and ESG Committees, and, since 2018, she has also worked as an advisor to the CEO of Accenture Russia. Between 2005 and 2015, she served as the CEO of Axel Springer Russia, overseeing all of the publishing house’s activities in the region, and, between 2003 and 2009, she was the owner of the Flemming & Partner GmbH Berlin consulting firm. From 2000 to 2003, Ms Flemming served as vice-president of the US Russia Investment Fund at Delta Capital, and, between 1996 and 2000, she was CEO of Ehrmann AG & Krone Russia.
Regina von Flemming has served on the boards of leading political, business and charitable organisations in Russia and Germany, such as the Russian–German Chamber of Commerce, Wirtschaftsforum SPD (Berlin), and the German–Russian Forum (Berlin). She is also a member of the board of trustees for the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Centre in Moscow and serves on the board of the Russian Standard Foundation.
Since April 2021, Ms
Flemming has sat on the board of directors of INTECO JSC.
