In 2017, control over INTECO passed to the Banking Sector Consolidation Fund, which formed a new board of directors for the company. In 2018, shares in INTECO were transferred to the Bank of Non-Core Assets, which was created on the basis of TRUST Bank PJSC, a majority state-owned Russian financial institution formed as part of efforts by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation to reform the banking system.

In 2019, INTECO was rebranded and put new residential construction projects on Moscow’s real estate market for the first time in seven years – the business-class housing development West Garden, and the comfort-class housing development Westerdam.

Ryabokobylko Sergey Yurievich
Education:

Graduated with honours from the Moscow State Linguistics University. Also studied international relations and literature at Pomona College in California and real estate finance at the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) in Chicago, and completed a course in management and corporate governance at the INSEAD business school (France) and the strategy programme at Yale University’s Jackson Institute. Fluent in English and French.

Experience:

Managing partner and general director at Cushman & Wakefield, and co-founder of the company’s Russian office. Responsible for Cushman & Wakefield’s business management and development in Russia and the CIS. After founding the company in 1995 with his partner Sergey, he became one of the very first professional commercial real estate advisers in Russia and has built one of the strongest teams in the Russian consulting services market. Since 1 June 2012: director general, Cushman & Wakefield.

Sergey has over 25 years’ experience in the Russian commercial real estate market, including in consulting, development, brokerage operations, corporate strategy development, valuations, investment transactions, and marketing.

Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK); vice-chair of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia. Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) for the last 14 years and chair of ULI Russia from 2010 to 2012. In June 2020, Sergey joined the Presidium of the Russian Council of Shopping Centres (RCSC).

Regina von Flemming Member of the Board of Directors
Regina von Flemming
Education:

Regina von Flemming is a postgraduate of the German Development Institute, studied at Sciences Po in Paris, and graduated from FU Berlin with a degree in political science. She has also worked as a research assistant at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

Experience:

Regina von Flemming has 25 years’ experience in business development, strategic planning, organisational development, and digital transformation. She occupies leadership positions in the executive bodies and supervisory boards of holdings and public companies (listed on the New York, London and Moscow stock exchanges), as well as of non-commercial and trade organisations in Russia and abroad.

Ms Flemming is currently a member of the board of directors and chair of the ESG and Remuneration Committees, and she is also a member of the MTS Audit Committee.

Since February 2020, she has been an independent director at Sovkombank and serves as chair of the Audit and ESG Committees, and, since 2018, she has also worked as an advisor to the CEO of Accenture Russia. Between 2005 and 2015, she served as the CEO of Axel Springer Russia, overseeing all of the publishing house’s activities in the region, and, between 2003 and 2009, she was the owner of the Flemming & Partner GmbH Berlin consulting firm. From 2000 to 2003, Ms Flemming served as vice-president of the US Russia Investment Fund at Delta Capital, and, between 1996 and 2000, she was CEO of Ehrmann AG & Krone Russia.

Regina von Flemming has served on the boards of leading political, business and charitable organisations in Russia and Germany, such as the Russian–German Chamber of Commerce, Wirtschaftsforum SPD (Berlin), and the German–Russian Forum (Berlin). She is also a member of the board of trustees for the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Centre in Moscow and serves on the board of the Russian Standard Foundation.

Since April 2021, Ms Flemming has sat on the board of directors of AO INTECO.
