INTECO is pleased to report the completion of sales for building No. 6 of its comfort-class residential complex Westerdam in Moscow’s Ochackovo-Matveyevskoye district. At the present time, all of the lots in this building have been sold.
Building No. 6 is a single-section 30-storey building containing 341 apartments with a total area of around 18,500 square metres. All of the lots in building No. 6 are being sold in shell condition. Most of the apartments offer magnificent views of an apple orchard and the Setun River Valley nature reserve.
“The Westerdam residential project is enjoying high demand from buyers. As a result, all of the apartments in one of the buildings of the residential complex have already found owners, and more than 50% of the lots in three of the other buildings have also been sold. Real estate market experts have repeatedly recognised Westerdam as one of Moscow’s new-build leaders in terms of price increase rate. And today, the residential complex is still attractive from an investment point of view: prices will continue to rise steadily until the buildings are made available,” commented INTECO Sales Director Pavel Lepish.
As part of the construction of the Westerdam residential complex, the above-ground monolithic structure of building No. 3 is currently being completed on site, while this work has already been completed for buildings 4, 5 and 6, and the installation of ventilated façades and window blocks is ongoing. In building No. 5, where all of the lots will be sold fully finished by the developer, work is underway on the shell and core fit-out of the apartments and the construction of partition walls. The company intends to make the residential buildings available in 2022.
