One of the leading Russian developers of elite segment – INTECO – presented a concept of a unified digitalized environment for their clients. Smart infrastructure for the company objects were created by Ujin, a developer of the cloud platform for smart buildings, and Domyland, a super app developer. A unique collaboration for the market between IT companies will allow INTECO maximum opportunities for the implementation of 'smart’ solutions at all stages of customer support.
Thanks to the developed super app, INTECO will be able to offer customers a high level of online service and extended smart infrastructure services: from concluding a deal online to managing devices in the apartment.
The first version of INTECO app is available at Google Play and App Store. By installing the app on the smartphone, customers can now view the information about developer's objects, find out about promotions, choose an apartment online, and leave a booking request.
Residents of the Savodye Kvartaly community by INTECO may partially use the Smart Residential Community and Smart Apartment services already this year: automatically transfer meter readings, get and pay for utility bills, call a repairman, participate in surveys and get the news. Also, functionality of INTECO app will allow to receive calls from the video door entry system, remotely open the door to the entrance hall, drive to the residential community area with the license plate identification system, view security cameras, and manage 'Smart Home’ devices. West Garden and Westerdam residential projects will be put in commission with the full range of the 'Smart Building’ services.
The developers will expand the app functionality by 2022, and so purchase of an apartment will be even more convenient: there will be a function to conclude a deal online, apply for a mortgage, monitor the course of construction, register for the acceptance of the object, and sign the statement of transfer and acceptance. The buyer will also be able to form comments, and the developer – to work with warranty applications.
There will be a unique function in INTECO app – a personal assistant. It's a chat bot based on artificial intelligence technology, which will also interact through voice assistants (Alice, Marusya) and deal with household issues of the residents.
