INTECO put the first phase West Garden buildings in commission

INTECO was granted the permission for commissioning six first phase residential buildings of West Garden business class eco-project, located at Ramenki District, WAO, Moscow. Soon the issuance of keys will begin.

Six 12-14 floor tower buildings are constructed and commissioned in the first phase of West Garden. There are 551 apartments with classic planning formats and united kitchen and living room. The total area of the six buildings is over 80.7 thousand sq.m, with 45 thousand sq.m being residential. Spacious penthouses with their own balconies, the possibility of arrangement a wood burning fireplace, and increased-height ceilings – 4.2 m, are located on the last floors. Most lots offer perspective views on Matveyevskiy Forest, Setun River's Valley, Ramenki riverfront, and architectural symbols of the capital: Park Pobedy and MIBC.

Each first phase West Garden building is characterized by its individual facade solution. The buildings are presented in two clusters: a respectable and quiet River Front, the houses of which have direct exits on the landscaped riverfront, and dynamic and intense Park line with private decorated courtyards. Building 4 Iconic, with full stained glazing on all floors and open balconies, is an architectural centerpiece of the project's first phase.

On the first floors, there will be commercial infrastructure: coffee shops, convenience shops, beauty salons and other objects of service, necessary for the residents. Total area of commercial space and storage rooms in the buildings of the first phase is over 2.2 thousand sq.m. Also, the project provides underground parking lot for over 500 cars in the first phase.

This is the first residential project launched by the new INTECO team in Moscow, where construction of the first six houses has already been completed", commented Stanislav Frolov, Vice-President – Head of INTECO Development Block, and added that preparation of all necessary documentation for disclosure of escrow accounts and further limit repayment on project funding provided by Otkritie bank is being carried out now.
