Work on land improvement has begun in "Westerdam"

27 July
In the residential complex "Westerdam", being constructed by INTECO in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district in the Western Administrative District of Moscow, the work on land improvement of the courtyard area has begun. At the moment, the bottoming for the road covering is being made at the construction site and the preparatory stage work is in progress.

“Together with specialists from one of the best Russian design bureaus, we worked on the concept for the urban land improvement in “Westerdam”. I am sure that the results of this collaboration will become a vivid example of a modern and comfortable design of inner grounds within a residential complex. Our project has already been recognized by experts in the real estate market as one of the most conceptual among newly erected buildings in Moscow", commented Stanislav Frolov, Vice President - Head of the Development Block, INTECO, and added that the real estate developer plans to invest about 0.5 billion roubles in the urban land improvement in the Residential Complex “Westerdam”.

The concept for the urban land improvement in “Westerdam” was developed by the well-known design bureau APEX. As part of the urban land improvement of the residential complex, three zones will be allocated within the private inner space, each of which will have its own colour code: the Central Boulevard, and Eastern and Western courtyards. The secured area of “Westerdam” will have playgrounds meant for children of different ages, places for recreation and sports activities. In addition, an apple orchard with an area of about 4 hectares adjacent to the residential buildings will be improved, through which walking routes to the Aminevskaya metro station will be established.
